Held & Heard Co. wasn’t built because my heart never broke. It was built because it did—and I wanted no one else to feel alone in theirs.
After losing my dad to heart failure and my brother, Charvis, to gun violence, I learned that grief does not simply disappear. It changes, moves with you, and becomes part of how you carry love forward.
I also realized grief is not the only burden people carry quietly. There is heartbreak, chronic illness, motherhood, anxiety, exhaustion, and the pressure to keep showing up when you do not feel like yourself.
Held & Heard Co. was created to make room for those experiences. Our Comfort Pieces are gentle reminders that you do not have to hide what you are carrying, rush your healing, or pretend every day is easy.
This brand is rooted in loss, but it is built from love—the love my dad gave me, the love Charvis left with me, the love I carry for my daughters, and the love I hope every person feels when they find this community.
